Arubi Technologies supplies and deploys HPE and Lenovo server infrastructure, and builds the agentic AI systems that run on it. Founded in 2018in Bengaluru, India.
What we do
What the company does today
We specify, supply and deploy rack and tower servers, GPU and AI-ready systems, storage, networking, and endpoint fleets — We are an official HPE and Lenovo partner. Configurations are sized against the workload a customer actually runs, and delivered with the network, storage and cabling design that makes the compute perform.
Alongside that, our engineers design and build agentic AI systems — automation, retrieval over private documents, and the evaluation work that keeps an LLM system trustworthy in production. It's the same team specifying the GPU and inference infrastructure those systems run on, which is why the hardware advice and the AI work inform each other rather than sitting in separate practices.

What we care about
Specified against the workload
A configuration is sized against what you actually run — applications, concurrency, growth — rather than against a catalogue page. That's usually a smaller, cheaper machine than the one quoted elsewhere.
Judgement over process
Standardised where standardising helps — imaging, warranty cycles, deployment checklists — and treated as a fresh problem where it doesn't. We would rather get the decision right than get it done the same way twice.
We say what we don't know
A capability we haven't built yet is described as exploratory, not shipped. That applies to hardware quotes and to the AI systems we build with the same discipline.
